Do I have to pay to try on any of your dresses?
No – fittings are for free! You are welcome to book an appointment with Renate Bosch Couture and we will assist you in the selection and trying on of multiple wedding dresses, free of charge.
Do you have a ‘walk in store’ or do you see clients by appointment only?
We do have a walk in store, but still prefer to see clients via appointments which ensure that every client gets the personal one on one attention they deserve. We can also assist clients with selecting the perfect silhouette for their figure and colour tone to complement their complexion best.
Do you offer to hire dresses?
Yes we do hire out certain of our dresses. We will discuss this option during consultation.
What is the average price range of your dresses?
Our prices range between R3500 to R10 000 depending on the style, embellishment and fabric type of the dress you choose.
How does Renate Bosch Couture operate with regards to payment options, appointments and alterations?
We require a 50% deposit upon ordering a wedding dress. The wedding dresses usually have a 10-15 week delivery period. We also charge for any alterations that may be required for any dress purchased (prices vary). All appointments are scheduled for an hour in duration and are free of charge. Balance of payment will be required upon collection of your dress.
Can I receive a catalogue?
Our collection can be seen on our website, which we update with new styles on a regular basis
Would you make / design a dress from a picture if provided?
Yes we can have custom/ couture designs made up according to the bride’s request. We can also have existing styles made up in custom lengths, with or without a train and in any given colour combination, as well as alter the existing style slightly by adding sleeves, embellishment etc.
In what sizes are your dresses available?
Most of our dresses are available in sizes 2 – 20. A sizing guide is available on our website for your reference.
Can my dress be ordered with custom length?
Most styles are available in custom length. Custom length refers to various lengths shorter or longer than a standard length dress. Please contact us directly to enquire if your dress is available to order in custom length. We will also be able to discuss the best length to order, taking your preferred shoe height, petticoat size, etc. into consideration.
Can I obtain a swatch of my Wedding dress?
Colour swatches can be viewed in store. *Subject to availability
How can I clean my Wedding dress?
Dry-cleaning is recommended for delicate fabrics.
How can I be included in the ‘Our Brides’ section of this website?
We love to hear from our beautiful Brides! We cherish the joyous experiences you have shared with us, and would love for you to be a part of this special tradition. Simply fill out the ‘Our Brides’ form to submit your photo and story.
Can I cancel my order or return my dress?
You will receive a sales agreement from us when purchasing your dress. The 50% deposit upon ordering of your dress is non-refundable.
